    Westfield own the UK’s most iconic Shopping Centres, Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City. Since 2005 we have worked closely with Westfield to provide digital solutions for Online, Mobile, Touchscreens, Extranets and Digital Marketing Campaigns.

    We provide digital to Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City, part of the London 2012 Olympic park, Westfield Merryhill and Westfield Derby.

    Our digital platform unites Online, Mobile and a network of Interactive Touchscreens; providing innovative wayfinding, product search, social & digital campaigns, Find My Car & Car Parking Loyalty.

    Mobile success across Apple, Blackberry and Android with downloads exceeding all other UK shopping centres.

    Successfully connecting Retailers to our Digital Platform through Mobile & Tablet; Westfield staff and Retailers benefit from a single solution for operational and marketing requirements.

    Westfield Express Car Parking

    Westfield London Express Parking ; focussed on increasing shopper intelligence and rewarding loyalty with benefits based upon behaviour and frequency of visits.

    Working with Westfield, we recently launched Westfield Express Parking.  Increasing the convenience and reducing the cost for customers.

    Online Registration and an associated Electronic Tag placed in your car allows the shopper to park at Westfield London without the hassle of payment at busy machines. On arrival the barriers automatically lift, recognising you as an Express Parker. On leaving the barriers automatically lift, debiting your online account at a reduced rate, rewarding loyalty.

    Westfield shall be able to extend this service to the Mobile App, focusing on visitor profiles, rewarding loyal shoppers through to business parking with targeted incentives.

    Manchester Arndale

    Manchester Arndale is the UK's largest inner-city shopping centre, located in the heart of Manchester City Centre with over 240 shops and major department stores. Owned by PRUPIM, the asset management arm of Prudential plc in UK and Europe.

    As the Digital Agency for the PRUPIM portfolio over 8 years, winning two competitive pitches for the renewal of our Digital services across the portfolio during this time, most recently in 2011 being awarded a new contract until 2016.

    Manchester Arndale is an exciting vibrant city centre, digital is at the heart of influencing Customer behaviour, improving communications across the operational and retailer teams.

    We provide Touchscreens, Retailer Communications platform and a media rich website full of Video, Social sharing, Digital Marketing, style advice and Shopper content.

    Digital is key to the successful integrated marketing strategy at Manchester Arndale; set for more innovation in 2013….

    Project:

    Rugby World Cup

    2007 & 2011

    The Mike Burton Group created a Joint venture with Sodexo UK, Rugby Travel and Hospitality Limited (RTH) for the management of Travel & Hospitality packages for the 2007 Rugby World Cup in France.

    They needed a Sales Administration Management platform for their Hospitality and Travel programmes.

    A new concept meant a truly collaborative approach, from business process definition and systems architecture design, through to implementation of the Website and platform managing Travel and Hospitality packages for the 3rd largest sports event on the planet.

    Successful at the Rugby World Cup 2007, we won the tender for Rugby World Cup 2011, New Zealand.

    Building upon our relationship with RTH 2007; We deployed Websites, the Ticketing Information Management & Customer Relationship Management system to manage Sales, Operational fulfilment and Digital Marketing.

    Being Creative with Technology enabled deployment of critical systems managing Hospitality and Travel packages for Rugby World Cups in 2007 and 2011.

    We continue working with England Rugby & British Lions Rugby Travel, the Mike Burton Group & RTH 2015

    Project:

    BIOCHROM

    Microsoft dynamics CRM

    Biochrom identified a need to improve customer information handling and look at ways in which they could drive efficiencies within their business processes

    Initially acting in a business analysis capacity, we recognised the need to update Biochrom’s legacy CRM system and take advantage of the latest business support systems. Microsoft Dynamics was ultimately selected as the preferred solution. Improving information sharing, meeting the day to day business needs of numerous internal departments and integrating with the incumbent Navision systems were the initial goals.

    To meet this need our Microsoft CRM Professionals worked closely with all Biochrom stakeholders, designing, configuring and deploying a bespoke Dynamics CRM solution.

    The next phase will see us incorporating this system into Biochrom’s US division.

    Miami Airport

    Miami International Airport is among the busiest airports in the world. There are over 80 airlines serving MIA to approximately 150 destinations around the globe.

    Westfield Concessions Management is responsible for managing over $800 million worth of concession sales each year across 10 major airports. Westfield developed and currently manages the concession programs at Miami International Airport.

    MIA in their drive to improve passenger experience, contacted us to design and implement a passenger Mobile Application and Interactive touchscreen network to achieve this objective, through improved wayfinding and passenger engagement.

    We are focussed on delivering 29 touchscreens throughout the airport and a multi-lingual mobile app helping passengers find over 200 shops, restaurants and bars identifying their own location, using a gate finder and locating facilities nearby. User interface design and technical elegance of the is critical to ensure millions of passengers will benefit from passenger information whilst visiting MIA.

    England Rugby Travel

    England Rugby Travel offers exclusive England Rugby travel packages to all of the team's international away fixtures including Rugby World Cup 2011, New Zealand, as well as having been an Official Licensed Operator for the 2009 British & Irish Lions tour to South Africa and now for the 2013 tour to Australia.

    Our work with England Rugby Travel (ERT) dates back to 2005, when The Mike Burton Group (MBG) and The RFU created a joint to deliver a range of ticket, accommodation and travel

    packages for England Rugby fans.

    We had already worked with MBG on the sales and promotion of lions tour packages online. We used this valuable experience to deliver a comprehensive ERT booking system for the 2007 & 2011 Rugby World Cup, continuing to work with England Rugby Travel on new tournaments and innovation to support travelling rugby fans.

    Meadowhall

    Meadowhall is one of the UK’s top 5 shopping destinations, with 280 stores, attracting over 25 Million visitors a year.

    Our brief was to deliver a cutting edge website. Just one look at the website confirms this is something different. First is the extensive use of social media, with over 90% of the home page devoted to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and blog. Then there is the approach to design, using high impact background graphics and a modular approach to content delivery. Lastly is the responsive templating that automatically snaps the website into the best possible look for tablet, desktop or mobile devices. The result is improved traffic and visitor engagement, with massive growth in social activity and mobile users.

    GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is a science-led global healthcare company that researches and develops a broad range of innovative medicines and brands. GSK products are used by millions of people around the world.

    GSK have three primary areas of business in pharmaceuticals, vaccines and consumer healthcare. With offices in more than 115 countries, major research centres in the UK, USA, Spain, Belgium and China, including a manufacturing network with around 70 sites globally. One of the few healthcare companies researching medicines and vaccines for the World Health Organisation’s priority diseases - HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.

    GSK invited us to tender for a global iOS Mobile Application to assist visitors and staff to locate themselves, using indoor wayfinding for meeting rooms, colleagues and key facilities. Using our unique indoor wayfinding, positioning and mapping technology, we are working with GSK to deliver an intelligent, secure and business critical application for GSK employees around the world.
