    Festival Place is Hampshires regional shopping destination. Connect IB products and services deliver a highly interactive website with customer loyalty and email based CRM programme. The in centre touchscreens provide comprehensive information for shoppers including live updates and reviews of Vue cinema films.

Here are a few example projects;

 

Adidas

Delivering a natural digital extension to an existing campaign, the aim being to engage target audiences and encourage them to view the new range of products at key locations. We used a range of mobile approaches so that the audience was rewarded for downloading and coming in store.

 

Barclaycard

A simple quiz style mechanic on touchscreens, the aim being to engage a passing audience to stop and apply for a Credit Card. The approach gave the sales advisors a stream of people to talk to and was perfect at breaking the ice.

 

ECCO

A global campaign, the aim was to deliver qualified data to enhance their consumer database. The global campaign integrated in store activity (devised by retail specialist agency Double Europe) with an online campaign mechanic. The global platform delivered a consistent approach but with the ability to localise prizes, rules, language for each territory.
